Istructure Global believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
1. If you choose to had made & ask for refund of payments through the Website for any services or services offered, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.
2. Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway. We do not store or have access to your payment card details. Your use of the payment gateway is subject to the terms and conditions of the payment gateway provider.
3. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been processed of desired services.
4. A refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the service delivered is not good.
6. In case you feel that the service provied is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the service. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
7. In case of complaints regarding services that come with a warranty from our end, please refer the issue to us.
8. In case of any Refunds approved by Istructure Global, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
